Hutchison Sets Up Committee to Run for Governor

Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R) announced Thursday morning that she was opening up an exploratory committee to run for Texas governor in 2010 and transferring $1 million from her Senate campaign account into this new state-regulated account.

Rep. Murphy Eyes Specter’s Seat

Add another name to the list of people who are considering a run against Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Pa.) in 2010.
