Nevada Lt. Governor Likely to Be Indicted

Nevada Lt. Gov. Brian Krolicki, one of the GOP's top prospects to challenge Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) for his seat in 2010, has acknowledged that the state attorney general will likely indict him, the Associated Press reported.
